Technical assistance and troubleshooting

Our teams assist you in the management of incidents or the resolution of any technical malfunctions. We provide a dedicated assistance service that will conduct a diagnostic on your installation as soon as possible and intervene if necessary.

Telephone assistance

Our assistance team is available by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1.30 pm to 5 pm

This assistance team answers all your questions from the Echirolles site, using its expertise to bring you a first diagnostic by telephone and offer you the right solutions.

On-site intervention

In some cases, a malfunction cannot be resolved over the telephone. In this case, an Air Liquide Electronics Systems expert can then intervene directly on your site (subject to availability).

Dedicated appraisal

Our teams are at your disposal for any technical appraisal of your equipment: they will conduct and analysis and find a solution.
